Personal Description:
Hi, I am Aruna, and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at University College Dublin. I have a passion for teaching and love engaging with students of all levels and aid them in their studies.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching A2 Level Chemistry for 2 years for leaving certificate students. Coming from an engineering background, I would also be able to assist in mathematics (all levels and science). I have been a teaching assistant for chemical engineering design also for 2 years now.
Approach to Grinds:
All of us are born equal and there is nothing hard work cannot bring us. the approach I use for teaching is making the students realize their strengths and weaknesses by providing an overall interest in the subjects that I am teaching and encouraging constant questioning. Once the strengths and the weaknesses of the students are known, then I would focus on their strengths I order to improve the results which will instill a sense of confidence in the students to overcome their weakness.
