Information About Andrew - Dublin tutor

Personal Description:

I am a recent graduate (2023) with First Class Honours of Mathematics in Trinity College Dublin.
I offer grinds in Leaving Cert Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Applied Maths, as well as Junior Cert Maths.
I sat my Leaving Cert in 2019 and attained 625 points, scoring 98% and above in each of the LC subjects listed.
I offer online grinds and in-person grinds in Dublin.

Tutoring Experience:

I have extensive experience tutoring students in all of the above subjects over the last four years. I have been tutoring students at both Junior Cert and Leaving Cert level, both in-person and online. During this time, I have also been employed by the Institute of Education as a Senior Cycle Maths exam corrector and as such I am extremely familiar with the syllabus and marking scheme for this subject.

Approach to Grinds:

I tailor my approach to grinds depending on each student's particular needs and depending on what each student wishes to achieve through grinds. Some students wish to structure classes around homework problems they are struggling with, others wish to go through course material in the manner of an ordinary school class, others like to focus heavily on going through past paper questions during the grinds. I am open to and experienced in each of these approaches to grinds.
