Personal Description:
Hi, my name is Zara!
I am a final year undergraduate college student studying Business & German at Trinity College Dublin.
Tutoring Experience:
I received the Junior Music Student of the year award for my drive and success in the subject.
I have been a German teaching assistant in Euro-Language-College's 3-week German course.
For 3 years, I taught English & Maths to primary and secondary school pupils as part of an after school classes.
I teach piano lessons and have been playing the piano myself since the age of 4.
Approach to Grinds:
My approach to tutoring varies from student to student. I work with the student to figure out how they learn best, and then adapt my way of teaching to best suit the student so that they easily absorb the information.
I relate to the student; I understand the struggle of learning a "new language" (which applies to both German and Music). I want to help the student to understand WHY it is that something is done a certain way and to gain a passion for the subject.
