Highly experienced business educator, manager and entrepreneur. Has developed, launched and managed a number of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses, and delivered several national and international projects as a consultant.

Tutoring Experience:

15 Years experience teaching & lecturing in Business Studies, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management, Strategic Planning, Applied Management, Leadership and Personal Leadership Development - at further and higher education levels (levels 5-9 on the NFQ).
Over 12 months experience leading and delivering online learning, across a range of business related topics.

Approach to Grinds:

I am passionate about learning, and removing barriers to individual development. So I understand that every student and learner has their own unique style and learning needs. I always work to tailor lessons to suit the individual - not to provide generic lessons for the learning to adapt to! This is an approach that has helped me to provide effective learning opportunities to students and adult learners in Ireland, the UK, across Europe and in Asia.
Therefore before any engagement, the learner will have the opportunity to complete a pre-learning appraisal form, so that lessons can be shaped to suit their individual learning styles and experiences.
For learners pursuing national or third level qualifications, I also focus on "scoring" technique - how to compete and secure the best grades possible!
