Personal Description:

I am Alok , pursuing my Masters in International Management at National University of Ireland, Galway. I have 5 years of professional teaching experience as well as corporate work experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Science.
In Bachelors I have earned my Engineering degree in Computer Science from one of the prestigious Universities in India, where I studied all the subjects related Information Technology including Maths, English, Sciences, which helped me hold a strong command over these subjects.
Through my academic and professional experience, I have led students to improve knowledge, skills and proficiency.

Tutoring Experience:

Experience of successfully motivating staff and students to get better results has broadened my knowledge of teaching techniques and strategies to get better results. I was responsible for devising a comprehensive learning programme specifically tailored to the individual requirements of each student, this includes planning lessons, keeping records, assessing and analysing work. The role also entails drawing on strong communication skills to provide tutees with practical and pastoral support throughout their educational or professional careers.

Approach to Grinds:

Every student has different capability, understanding and interest. I always first understand the student's mindset and teach accordingly. Been a student I know what kind of problem a student faces and how to tackle them. I always follow approaches like:
