Personal Description:
My name is Alessandra and I am a highly qualified teacher of Italian with a passion for learning languages. I have a degree in Modern Languages and a Master’s degree in Anglo-Irish literature. I also obtained DITALS certification for teaching Italian to foreign students.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching Italian as a second language for almost 20 years at all levels, including children in various Italian Cultural Institutes around the world as well as in secondary schools in Ireland, where I live. I’ve also taught English as a second language mainly to Asian students and French at secondary level in Dublin.
Approach to Grinds:
I love sharing unique aspects of my own language and culture with foreign students and I am confident I can help them with common pitfalls of their native languages as I speak and know the grammar of several languages. I’ve been working with English, French, Spanish and Portuguese speaking students. I offer tailor-made on-line classes working with the students own interests as well as their needs.
