Personal Description:

I prefer to tutor in a hands-on way so that my students can learn by doing. It is fun for me to guide my students through physics problems as they find the solutions for themselves. I can tutor students who are in IB programs. Since students each learn in their own way, I am very flexible with my tutoring methods.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my Bachelor of Science in General Biology and will be applying to medical school next year. I have experience as a physics tutor at the Copenhagen International School in Denmark. I am available to work with college and high school students and can help students study for the Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems section of the MCAT.

Tutoring Approach:

I start with each student I tutor by reviewing their goals. This helps me develop an individualized plan to tackle the issues they are finding most challenging. Then we begin to work on them one step at a time. Students can get overwhelmed by physics, so I help them break it down into easily digested pieces that are easily mastered.
