Personal Description:

I am currently studying at Bayview Secondary School, located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Though I am only in grade 11, I have already finished many AP courses, that includes two physics and psychology. Other than that, I did exceptionally well in many classes. For example, I got 97 in Functions and earned the certificate of Excellence in Math in that semester. Even though only the score cannot prove whether one person is capable of teaching or not, it does show my understanding of the content. Regarding my teaching ability, I will discuss in the next section.

Tutoring Experience:

When I was young, one of my dream careers was being a teacher. Therefore, I have had many teaching experiences before. For example, back in China, I was asked by my teacher to teach a class of younger students tai chi and join an international competition in Xiamen afterward. That was my first time to teach, so I encountered many problems such as how to teach so that the students could understand easily. To work out with these problems, I asked many other experienced teachers and learned from them. Because of this, the final results were pretty high. Our class got 12 silver medals and four gold medals. Not only this, but I have also taught other subjects as well. For instance, I am currently a math tutor at Bayview Secondary School and responsible for helping my tutee gain a better understanding of math. Last semester, my tutee originally got an average of 70 when he found me. Within a month, I was able to improve his grade by eight percent. Overall, with these experiences, I believe I am capable of teaching successfully.

Tutoring Approach:

Depending on transportation, I have many feasible approaches to tutoring including car, bus, and bicycle.
