Personal Description:

Hi, I'm a Master's student at the University of Toronto in Speech-Language Pathology. I completed my Undergraduate degree in Psychology and Linguistics at the University of Toronto.

Tutoring Experience:

I worked at Kumon for 2 years, tutoring elementary and middle school students in Reading and Mathematics. I also worked as an ESL tutor, tutoring adult learners in English literacy.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to explain the learning material in multiple ways to ensure the student understands. I try to use visuals (pictures, diagrams, writing out a word out sound by sound) to help the student understand.
