Personal Description:

As a tutor for economics, I am able to draw inspiration from my own educational years and life experiences. That includes mentors who I had when I was a young student myself. I am now able to pay it forward due to the fact that I am currently an educator myself.

Tutoring Experience:

I am an accounting instructor who is presently working towards my master's degree in education. In the past, I have tutored students for several subjects relating to economics. My experience spans from high school and college level accounting, economics, and business to more in-depth subjects like IB Business Management SL.

Tutoring Approach:

As a tutor for economics, I prefer using an integrated approach with students. Also, taking the time to form a good rapport with a student is a great way for me to discover what motivates them. Some other techniques I use are syllabication of words, scaffolding, mnemonics, and multisensory instruction.
