Personal Description:

I have always wanted to be a teacher and no matter how much has changed in my life, that never has. I enjoy helping others learn as a French tutor. I began tutoring when I was in high school and have not stopped since. I'm very patient and encouraging when I'm helping others learn.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Entertainment Technology. I have been a French tutor in professional and informal settings, working with friends and family as well as classmates and other students. I can tutor students in all levels of French including Conversational French.

Tutoring Approach:

To be a good French tutor, I believe it's essential that the tutor have as much knowledge about and interest in the subject as they do confidence in each student. When I first meet with a new student, I like to chat with them and determine what their level of comfort is with the French language and go from there.
