Information About Raphael
This is how 2 referees rated Raphael:
I am a 4th year Software Engineering undergraduate student currently studying at University of Victoria. I am currently enrolled in programming, computer science, and math courses. I have taken first and second year university-level calculus, physics, and computer science. Additionally, I am fluent in reading, writing and speaking both English and French. I interact well with kids and students, and have a passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge to those who can benefit from it most. In these times, I am properly setup to tutor online and would prefer to do so this way.
Some UVic courses I have performed very well in and strongly consider tutoring are: MATH 100/109 (previous experience in tutoring), MATH 110 (previous experience in tutoring), MATH 122, CSC 111, CSC 115, CSC 225, ENGR 110, ENGR 120 (previous experience in tutoring), ENGR 141, SENG 275
I have helped many students in the past, including 4 separate students at University of Victoria. I am a mature yet approachable student who can work calmly and patiently with others. My experience teaching subjects include: elementary mathematics, highschool chemistry/physics/calculus, and university level math (UVic's MATH 100/109 and MATH 110).
I believe students who need help in academics should be able to receive it at a fair cost. My passion for school and strength in academics allows me to help secondary-level and university-level students achieve their personal goals in their classes. I intend on passing on my knowledge to students to help them better understand ideas and build solid academic fundamentals.
