Personal Description:

I am a biology tutor and can help in topics ranging from general biology up to college level biostatistics. Involved in science research, I enjoy anything that involves learning and that helps others. I've continued to pursue tutoring after graduation because it inspires me to see students grow their confidence and achieve their goals.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a Bachelor of Science in General Biology and am currently a Research Technician at a prestigious cancer research institute. I also tutored in high school and college. Building a rapport with my tutees is important in my process, as I feel their trust and respect motivates them to use my advice and retain information.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach is to be as relatable as possible so my students can discuss their problems and concerns. Encouragement and motivation are crucial to helping them become independent learners. I always offer a friendly face to help with specific challenges in a subject or help work through problems.
