Personal Description:

Developing relationships with the students I tutor and seeing them succeed has been very meaningful in my work as a biology tutor. My goal is to one day develop programs to help underserved people get access to quality healthcare. I enjoy working with so many different kinds of students on a one-on-one basis.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in International Relations / Economics and my master's degree in Public Health. I have experience tutoring middle school, high school, and adult students. As a biology tutor, I can work with students in high school or college on their biology courses.

Tutoring Approach:

I enjoy getting to know each student's unique learning style. I adapt my tutoring techniques to fit each student's learning strengths. Some students work best when facing a challenge, and some work best with me in a more supportive role. I enjoy helping my students develop their confidence in biology as they experience success.
