Personal Description:

I am sincerely honored to be an economics tutor. I work with high school and college students and also tutor subjects related to the field of economics such as business, macroeconomics, management, microeconomics, and more. I love learning and know it can be fun, and I want it to be fun for my students too!

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in accounting with a minor in Asian studies. I then went on to earn my graduate degree in international business and my Ph.D. in leadership and organizational behavior. After working for many years with Hewlett Packard, I formed a consulting company that offered training programs to countries in transition.

Tutoring Approach:

I am a proponent of the Socratic method in regards to teaching and tutoring. This methodology promotes asking questions and discourse rather than lecturing. I like to get to know my students to determine their tutoring needs so I can target my instructional approach and content for the student.
