Personal Description:

I am an economics tutor for high school and college students, including those who are taking advanced courses such as AP Microeconomics. I am also available to help students with test prep for standardized exams in this and related subject areas. I enjoy helping students understand new concepts and gain self-confidence.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in economics and my graduate degree in economics as well. I received a score of 770 on my GRE Quantitative. I've tutored students of all ages since high school and after college, I began teaching students in grades K-10. For the past year, I have been teaching preschool.

Tutoring Approach:

For me, successful teaching and tutoring is all about customizing the content to reflect the student's learning style. That way I can teach in a way that is compatible with their learning style so they begin to truly understand the material rather than just memorizing answers.
