Personal Description:
My background was a computer engineer with strong math skills. I have been teaching in Seneca as a math and computer professor for more than 10 years. I like math very much, and like to help you with your math as well. Math is interesting and fun.
Tutoring Experience:
Taught students with disabilities elementary math (one to one) in Literacy Options Program in Seneca College from 2006 - 2012
Tutored students who will apply for college courses in Grade 1 to 12 math in Academic Upgrading Program in Seneca College from 2012 - 2018
Teach college math in Newnham Campus of Seneca College since 2018.
Tutoring Approach:
The point of leaning math is to understand instead of memorizing. I always try different ways with my experience to help students to have better understanding, and generate connections between topics. Hands on experience is the key as well.
