Personal Description:

I am a biology tutor for high school and college-level students. I offer homework support and test preparation for courses such as general biology, genetics, cell biology, and more. I also help students prepare for standardized exams related to the field of biology such as the ACT Science. I love to see the change in students when they finally master a new topic. I truly care about the students I tutor and want them to reach their learning goals.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in Spanish. My ACT composite score was 31. I am currently pursuing teaching certification.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe learning is one of the most important things in the world. It not only gives you the skills you need to have a successful academic career but also the determination required for building a happy and successful life. I know that each student learns differently and it is my goal as their tutor to understand how my student learns and create a teaching strategy that helps them learn the material.
