Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Joshua . A I am a licensed counsellor and professional member in good standing (CCPA Professional Member Number: 10001372) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, possessing a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation. I graduated in 2011 from The Adler School of Professional Psychology Master’s degree program in counselling with an emphasis in clinical practices.
Though I own and operate a small private therapy practice, I am eager to diversify. Helping others to achieve a more effective personal, social, and educational health is my goal. I’ve taught counselling courses and other community support worker classes, at the college level. I’m well equipped to serve diverse populations i.e. traumatic brain injury, depression, cognitive delays, anxiety, victims of violence/sexual abuse, those involved with substances or affected by the use others, children, adults, adolescents, married couples, individuals, students of all ages and groups. In addition to my major degree, I also attained a bachelor and honour's degree in psychology during my university years. I am very well prepared to support and engage people who are in need of mental health services or psycho-education
