Personal Description:

I took a lot of opportunities to tutor students when I was in college. I believe each student should be provided with the opportunity to succeed, but they need the support of parents, classroom teachers, and their tutor. I find joy as an English tutor when my students reach their goals after challenging themselves and succeeding.

Tutoring Experience:

I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. I am a virtual elementary school teacher and can provide tutoring to students of all interests and ability levels. The areas I am most excited about tutoring are reading and writing. I can also tutor students in ESL and high school English.

Tutoring Approach:

When I first meet with a student I'm tutoring, I take a bit of time to develop a relationship with them. This allows me to learn about their learning needs and their interests. Once I understood these things, I then help the student develop goals so we can track their progress and they can achieve the success they desire.
