I teach mathematics at College level in Montreal. I've been tutoring students in maths since 2006. I am extremely patient, structured and very kind. I’m short (5 feet 6 inches), I have a good sense of humor and people feel comfortable by my side. I have empathy so it’s easy for me to put myself in your shoes and understand why you might "block" in some problems (which is already easy given my graduate degree in teaching). Also, I'm nerdy :) and passionate about mathematics! I do maths in my spare time for example doing simulations of probabilities on Excel, solving mathematical puzzles and reading on subjects in which math intervenes! Also, I was ranked 3rd in Quebec in a mathematics competition. I only need the F.A.P. test to obtain my professional title of Associate of the Society of Actuaries. Also, I have the P.R.M. professional title.

My motivation?: let's just say that 3 years ago I was a statistician at 64000/year and now I am a teacher and at the moment I am not even making half of that salary per year… but hey, in life you should always follow your passions, you only live once! That's also why I did a graduate degree in teaching in addition to my master's in mathematics!
