Personal Description:

Teaching and tutoring is something that I am very passionate about because I get a lot of satisfaction from communicating knowledge that I have to other people. I'm also very good at building a rapport with my students, which facilitates the learning process. Because I am so enthusiastic about learning and education and tutoring this can also help motivate my students as they can build upon my energy and as a result they will often become very engaged.

Tutoring Experience:

I received my bachelor's in political science and then went on to law school. I am a geography tutor and I teach geography at the high school and college level. I like tutoring because it is one way that I can help other people and make a difference in their lives.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to cater my tutoring approach to my students. If one individual needs more a hands-on approach, then I will do that, whereas some students are more independent in which case I want to encourage them to work on their own while providing guidance where necessary. There are no one size fits all solutions.
