Personal Description:

My passion for teaching comes from finding different ways of nurturing student learning and growth. I look forward to connect with every tutee and adapt to their individual needs by fostering an engaging academic environment that builds their confidence in language, learning and life. I am fluent in English, French and Russian.

Tutoring Experience:

I have 3 years of in-person and online tutoring experience, both through a professional company and priva**Contact Detail Removed**ssons. For the last 8 years, I have worked in various multilingual educational settings, assisting in the design of academic workshops and teaching elementary to high school students. I also earned my TEFL Certificate teaching abroad in Costa Rica.

Tutoring Approach:

I tutor JK-grade 8 with a focus on French language acquisition. My lessons are structured around writing, speaking, reading and listening exercises, including help with school homework. I also teach English, Math, Science, History, Arts and Music by request. My first priority is to build trust with my students in order to create an open learning environment. If needed, I provide additional worksheets to complete at home, offer feedback on my learners’ progress with an end-of-block progress report and welcome any changes that need to be made to forward their learning.
