Meet some of our Chemistry Tutors
Sapna's feedback about Darrol (Secondary Chemistry tuition near London)
Darrol is a highly recommended teacher for Chemistry. He's been a high school Chem teacher, knows his subject very well. He prepares for the tutoring lessons sincerely, puts in lot of effort, always manages to move classes if he can, makes excellent notes and has been a wonderful experience for my 12th grader and us. We have been very fortunate to have met him!
Cassidy's feedback about Leah (Secondary Chemistry tuition near Burnaby)
My daughter really appreciated Leah's support for her Chem 11 course.
Rebecca's feedback about Yaser (Secondary Chemistry tuition near Oakville)
Yaser does a really great job at explaining the lesson to my daughter. Her mark has gone up in the short time we have been using him. We are very happy with his teaching style and mannerism!
Sameer's feedback about Ashish (Secondary Chemistry tuition near Markham)
Providing excellent help to my son in his education.
Zaraah's feedback about Houman (College / University Chemistry tuition near Burnaby)
After working with Houman over these last couple of weeks, I've noticed a significant increase in my organic chemistry grade with many of the assessments. He made learning organic chemistry seem easy! Even though organic chemistry isn't my strong suit, he was very friendly and considerate of making sure I learned the material effectively. He has a very useful teaching method which makes understanding difficult concepts easier and addresses any confusion with questions before moving forward. His tips and tricks are very clear to follow and overall a great tutor. I'd definitely recommend taking lessons with him!
Tracy's feedback about Ali (Secondary Chemistry tuition near New Westminster)
Ali tutored my daughter last year for 6-8 months in grade 12 in Chemistry and math. Not only did he help her understanding of both subjects tremendously, he is a dedicated and caring educator who recognizes that helping people learn takes more than teaching out of a text book. Ali is an excellent tutor, and I would recommend him wholeheartedly. In fact, we have reached out to work with him again in my daughter`s first year at university.
Vince's feedback about Ghada (Secondary Chemistry tuition near Mississauga)
Ghada has worked with our son through Grade 12 from November in 2019 through to the end of school year in June 2020. During that time, Ghada helped with math, biology and chemistry. To put it bluntly, we couldn't be happier. Ghada was *ALWAYS* well prepared for every session and setting the right example for our son to do the same. It was obvious in the first session that this was an experienced professional educator looking to achieve the best results and outcome over time… Ghada was always proactive with understanding the course timetable, what topics needed to be understood and when….and then working backwards on a proper practice plan to help get our son prepared for tests and assignments. When subjects or topics didn’t ‘stick’, Ghada was creative in using multiple approaches to see if she could attack the understanding in another way to get it to land. Communication and expectations were clear and feedback transparent. On first lesson, Ghada set up a whatsapp group that our son, her and us were members of -- so we had constant visibility on assignments/topics/feedback in real time. Any assignments for Ghada were submitted through the whatsapp as well. This was a critical component and housed our communication right through to June 2020. Ghada was disciplined but flexible -- there were many times (especially when COVID hit) where timetables and expectations shifted. Ghada reacted without a pause and continued to prioritize sessions and progress right to the end. And while I could go on and on about how impressed we were collectively at the approach, professionalism and (frankly) results, we were truly most impressed with Ghada’s true care for our son’s progress. I don’t think that I was prepared for how invested Ghada was with our son’s success. This not only rubbed off on us, but most importantly our son. There are lifelong lessons in approach and preparation that will continue to pay dividends as he moves through university and beyond. With schools looking at online courses for the first term, these new skills will be put to the test immediately. Overall, we feel very lucky to have found Ghada when we did -- and our only regret is that we didn’t meet her a year earlier -- who knows what kind of progress could have been made with more time…
Kelsey's feedback about Alice (College / University Chemistry tuition near West Vancouver)
Alice was an absolutely amazing tutor and significantly increased my understanding and confidence in organic chemistry. She was flexible with her schedule and prepared topics ahead of time which helped maximize the value of our sessions. I appreciated that she used a more interactive style, rather than a lecture-style, of tutoring, which pushed me to learn actively and clarified my areas of strength and weakness. She was very respectful and open to repeating topics that I had not fully grasped. Not only did she help me in organic chemistry, but she also offered to go over physics, general chemistry and biochemistry questions from my practice exams. Would recommend to anyone struggling with university-level science courses!
Beth's feedback about Evan (Secondary Chemistry tuition near Calgary)
Evan has helped our son with math and chemistry and we’re so glad we found him. In March, he wasn’t passing chemistry and was sitting at a 70% in math. Today his chemistry and math marks have both gone up at least 15% each. Evan has done an excellent job helping our son with his understanding in both courses. We will definitely continue to work with him!
Clara's feedback about Dr Safwat (Secondary Chemistry tuition near Richmond Hill)
My sister and I were both struggling so much with chemistry and having a hard time until we started chemistry tutoring with Dr Safwat. We have been working with him for a few months and currently our grades have gotten much better with his help and we are completely understanding the curriculum and even enjoying chemistry. Thank you Dr Safwat
