Tutoring Approach:

I am currently offering Online Tutoring and Editing.

I do my absolute best to adjust my tutoring/teaching methods to fit each individual student. I have taught most high school grade levels. In this role, I have planned entire courses - I plan units and lessons, create and evaluate various types of assessment, differentiate instruction to suit the learners in my classroom, and employ strategies to support the high population of ELLs at the school while working to cultivate vital 21st-century competencies in my students. I also make an effort to ensure my lessons deal with various forms of literacy, such as traditional literacy, digital literacy, social literacy, and elements of social justice and real-world issues. I think it is incredibly important to approach all subjects from an anti-oppressive and anti-racist stance.

Given my experience with both adult and adolescent learners, I have experience working with students with various needs, including students with extremely busy schedules and specific learning needs.
