Personal Description:

I am a first year Engineering Student at the University of Waterloo. I have completed a variety of Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Arts and English courses up to an Academic/University Grade 12 level, as well as University Calculus, Algebra, Mechanics and Arts classes. I graduated Secondary School as an Ontario Honor Student, with an inclusive average of 95.6%. I have been awarded multiple academic and community involvement awards for my achievements throughout high school. Upon request I can provide a record of my marks in individual courses (official transcript).

Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored multiple students in high school mathematics courses, chemistry courses, and physics courses. Not only did I achieve high marks in these courses myself, but I have also helped other students improve their marks to their designated goals. I have excellent communication and teaching skills, and I have received positive feedback from students as well as their parents.

Tutoring Approach:

I thoroughly enjoy teaching and helping others who need extra support in their coursework. I take extreme care when tutoring a student; I develop a unique tutoring schedule, prepare material beforehand, utilize material I have from the courses (old notes and tests), and utilize my leadership/communication skills to teach the student and answer any/all questions they have. I am very flexible and can add extra sessions at short notice; perhaps in the case of an upcoming test/assignment/exam.
