I am doing my Bachelor's degree at the University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia, and one of my main goals is being able to do research in the Galapagos Islands and contribute to the ecotourism management of their Marine and Natural Protective Areas by educating people in Ecuador. I was living in Ecuador until my late teens and once I arrived in Brisbane, I became really fascinated with languages and worldwide culture (I have to say that Brisbane is a beautiful multicultural city).
I was teaching english to primary school students from a foundation in Ecuador that help kids in poverty. Later, the ISM international academy in Ecuador hired me to become a teaching english assistant, and one year later I applied to study in one of the most successful universities around the world and in Australia. While in Brisbane, I have been tutoring spanish to university students and I have been helping people from Asian countries and low income backgrounds in their english skills.
My lessons can be split into 4 different sections (speaking, listening, grammar and reading), the time for each task can be assigned by the students according to student necessity and his level. The student can choose either use a book or I can look for online resources that we can use during the lesson. I can also provide with ppt slides and some homework.
The student can also choose for just a conversation class in any of my expertise languages (Spanish or English).
