Personal Description:
I am Sika from Nepal. Regarding my academic background, I have completed Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Korea. Recently, I have finished my PhD degree in Electronics and Computer System Engineering at Monash University. I also have industrial experience. I have worked as Engineer in **Contact Detail Removed**com for 2 years in Nepal and as a engineer in a automation company for 1 and half year.
Tuition Experience:
I am a engineering student and my background is wireless communication. So, I have good knowledge in Maths and Science. I have done tutoring in Monash university during my PhD studies. I have taught undergraduate student.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tuition would be
1. Pen and paper method: Write down as we work through the problem
2. Talking aloud: Verbalizing aloud is better for learning
3. Memory pegs: rule to remember certain thigs
4. Practise positive expressions such as " Lets see what i can see remember " than negative expression such as "I can't do it".
5. I will not protect the student .
6. I need to get along with the student and prove that i know what i am doing.
