Information about Nikki - Caloundra tutor

Personal Description:

I am an ESL tutor based on the Sunshine Coast in Australia. I offer high-quality ESL lessons for all ages and levels. I am passionate about teaching English as a second language and I am dedicated to helping you achieve your language goals!

Tuition Experience:

I taught ESL in Fuping, China for 1 year to high-school students, and I am also currently teaching ESL online to children of all ages.

Tutoring Approach:

I aim to make English learning as fun as possible! I bring a lot of enthusiasm and energy to my sessions with my clients, and I incorporate games and activities to help solidify concepts and content. I incorporate music, singing, actions, and puppets for those younger clients who are wanting this added exciting element to their lessons, and I ensure that I break down learning content for my students, giving them the opportunity to practice, ask questions, and re-affirm their understanding as they go.

We cover grammar, phonics, literacy, communicative conversation, pronunciation and vocabulary. I break down all these aspects, so they are easily understood by my students.

My sessions are 'pressure free', meaning that for those younger students, who are shy or not that confident in their language communication yet, the environment is safe and relaxed, so that they can enjoy the experience.

Basically, learning another language doesn't have to be hard! It can be an enjoyable experience that can give you true fulfilment, and you can do it whist connecting with others and sharing the fun together!
