Personal Description:
As someone with seven years of tutoring experience, a recent graduate of the Master of Biomedical Science course at the University of Melbourne with First Class Honours and Dux of my High School CBC St Kilda, I would be the perfect tutor for you! I have worked with a wide range of students including university students, high school students and primary school students of all abilities. I am extremely approachable and friendly, being trusted with prominent leadership roles of School Captain in primary school and Vice College Captain in high school. I would love the opportunity to help you to achieve your full potential!
Tuition Experience:
I have been a self-employed tutor since I graduated from High School in 2013 and joined the team at Aureus Education as a tutor at the start of 2020. I have tutored university, high school and primary school students of all abilities, from those with learning difficulties such as those associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), as well as students who excel. I have tutored University science, High School mathematics, science and English and Primary School mathematics and English.
Tutoring Approach:
Passion, patience and enthusiasm are essential qualities in a good tutor, which I have developed over several years of experience. I am a tutor who makes students excited about learning and encourages them to always do their best in order to get the most out of them. I understand that students all learn at different rates and I will be extremely patient with you. Students often have a negative attitude towards school and learning because they find it boring and difficult, but this is largely because of the way they are taught. I am a private tutor who is willing to engage in interactive sessions with students to make the content more interesting, as well as provide practice quizzes/tests to monitor progress. I am an experienced, enthusiastic and motivating tutor who will to my best to help you improve drastically.
