My educational philosophy can be simplified into one phrase: My students come first. I am dedicated to approaching my students with personalisation that will strengthen both their strengths and weaknesses. This personalised approach ensures that students learn in a comfortable environment, giving them every opportunity to ask questions and go above and beyond the classroom to assist them.
My tutoring style involves an interactive aspect, paying close attention to my student’s strengths and weaknesses. Focus and personalisation on areas of weakness are crucial to their development. Furthermore, failure to plan is planning to fail. Not only do I believe my students should abide by this ideal, but I have a strong belief in this myself. Preparation is the key to any successful lesson, teaching style and ultimately results.
Above all, I believe intensive revision and consistency is essential to success - in whatever my students hope to achieve.
