Personal Description:

I am a native English speaker based in Melbourne, Australia. My interests include reading, movies, crafts and playing word games. My personality is friendly and outgoing so I enjoy meeting new people. I quickly build a rapport with my students and demonstrate my genuine interest in their learning journey.

Tuition Experience:

I have a wealth of teaching experience spanning 4 decades. While I have taught all levels, I prefer to teach older school students and adults. I find they generally want to learn and are self-motivated.

Tutoring Approach:

This quote sums up my approach to tutoring: "Education does not mean teaching people what they do not know. It means teaching them to behave as they do not behave.' If you want different results in any area of your life, you have to behave differently. The way you think and feel determines the way you behave.
I am punctual and well prepared and start all sessions on time. I expect students to also be on time.

I teach my students how the mind works and how to use their mental abilities (imagination, intuition, memory, reason, will and perception) to achieve their goals.
