Personal Description:
I enjoy teaching all subject areas. I hold a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and Graduate Certificate in Inclusive Education. I have a current Working With Children Check, and have completed online modules for Asthma First Aid (through Asthma Australia) and Anaphylaxis Training (through the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy).
Tuition Experience:
I have completed a four year teaching degree and a graduate certificate. I am a casual teacher with experience on all grades from Kindergarten through to year 6.
Tutoring Approach:
I am encouraging, and like to plan for students' interests. I believe that students learn when they are having fun, so I try to link students' interests to the content being taught. I set challenging yet achievable goals for students and celebrate successes with the student.
