I have a Bachelor of Teaching, Bachelor of Education degree, Diploma in Chinese, Postgraduate Certifcate LOTE (Melbourne University) Postgraduate certificate in TESOL( Melbourne University) Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment

I worked for AMES for over 4 years-teaching ESL on Skype. I have worked at Chisholm TAFE as a ESL teacher for a number of years. I taught ESL at a Primary school for 1 term and i taught ESL in China for 3 years…
Tutoring Approach:
I always start with a needs analysis-i always start with where the student is at and where he or she needs to go. I always revise the work done and always consolidate on their learning. There are learning outcomes to be achieved during each lesson. You always need to encourage and be patient with the learner-it is not an easy process being a learner
