I have experience in working as part of a team and independently over the years in both an office based environment and customer facing role. I have excellent administrative skills which include managing and prioritising my case load, report writing, problem solving, database management, working with outside agencies, public speaking and media handling.
I am also computer literate with over 15 years experience working with Microsoft office applications and a solid knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance and in particular computer forensics. In particular I have created programs for Councils, Univeristies and Retailers
