Personal Description: I am a Master of Laws graduate, with a LL.B Hon’s degree in Law. With a 1st in Law and Literature. I have solid teaching experience, and offer private tuition for English Literature and/or Law.

Tutoring Experience: I can help with any aspects of Law, English Literature (or language), (GCSE, A level or university level) and have had great success tutoring in these subjects to date. Particular areas of focus have been:

-coursework
-proof reading
-essay writing skills
-revision skills
-exam technique
-discussing ideas
-increasing confidence

Although, I am happy to tailor each session to suit individual needs. For English Literature/Language tuition - areas of expertise include the AQA English Language and Literature GCSE/ALEVEL syllabus, as well as WJEC and OCR examination boards. I also offer tuition to students in Year 8 and 9 who want to improve general English skills – reading, spelling, grammar, etc.

For Law tuition, I offer help with exams, revision, essays, dissertations and general course support, working closely with your university’s course structure and exam papers to taylor each study session appropriately.

Tutoring Approach: I use a structured methodology comprised of a variety of the most relevant resources in terms of guiding students learning and understanding. This includes, past examination papers, A* & top grade model answers, focusing on technique and skills to help students achieve the grade. Above all I am friendly, patient and passionate about what in do. I enjoy helping students gain a more accessible and easy way to understanding and engaging with English Language, Literature and Law. Supporting them in achieving their highest and fullest potential.
