Personal Description: I am very passionate about ensuring that pupils get the most out of mathematics.I am very friendly, non judgemental, caring, encouraging and understanding.I know what it means to struggle with mathematics because I was also there!However by sheer determination and a never say "i cant" attitude,I got there, so can all my pupils!I have 2 children that I lover very much and want the best out of **Web Address Removed** is them that give me the drive to want to help all children achieve their best.

Tutoring Experience: I taught mathematics abroad from 1990 to 2002 .I have just completed a mathematics teaching degree and am employed in a local school.This is my first tutoring experience and cant wait for the challenge.I have had tutoring experience before but that was abroad.

Tutoring Approach: My ideology about teaching maths is as follows.I structure content to addres the specific needs of each individual pupil because each individual is unique.I break down content into simpler units to help understanding.However I always make it fun for that is what learning should be!I let pupils take control of learning because it is only then they can show me what they are struggling with.From there on we decide on a learning plan!That is my philosophy!

Qualifications:

• Bsc(Hons) Mathematics Secondary Education with QTS
• Certificate in Secondary Education:Mathematics.
• Baccalaureate in Technology Educational Management
