Personal Description: I am a mature lady with a kind, firm approach to teaching. I enjoy seeing my students progress and gain so much confidence in themselves as a result of this progress.

Tutoring Experience: I have many years of teaching and private tutoring experience in the UK, Dubai and Australia, and have helped a lot of children and young adults to reach their full potential in the basic subjects, so that they feel much more confident in all learning areas and are able to thrive and progress on an equal footing with their fellow students.

Tutoring Approach: I make a thorough assessment of each child's needs and position related to their chronological age, and in discussion with the child and parents, devise a tailor made individual education plan. I use my experience as a teacher, tutor, parent and grandparent to make each learning experience very personal and positive, and have had a great deal of success in helping my students to do well.

Qualifications:

• B Ed
• Dip Ed Maths
• TEFL/TESL Diploma (Teaching English as a foreign/second language)
