Personal Description: I am a part time lecturer at Leicester College, teaching Functional Skills including Maths and IT. I also teach Health & Social Care to students of all ages above 16. I have been at Leicester College for over 2 years and have teacher qualifications. I am also a foster carer and therefore am used to dealing with children of all agess and abilities

Tutoring Experience: I specialise in Maths, IT and Health & Social Care. I am able to teach in all areas of Functional Skills, which is compulsory for all 16+ year olds from September 2010. I am able to teach all ages of children and have enhanced CRB clearance for both the college and fostering

Tutoring Approach: I aim to teach the subject to the full level expected and use a variety of methods including specimin exam sheets, activities and text books. I always attempt to make it as fun as possible learning experience as I believe that most people learn more when they enjoy their learning experience
