Personal Description: I am an experienced businessman working with people from all sectors across the community. I have a long background in learning and development and have spent the last 20 years developing learning programmes for individuals and groups, specifically in business and management. Recently I have been working with professionals from the middle east and students form Eastern Europe, Asia and South America.

Tutoring Experience: My experience in learning and development for the past 20 years has been helping organisations define their learning requirements, developing appropriate learning methodologies and evaluating outcomes in order to improve for the future.

I have worked with people at all levels from students through to people at Board level. I have worked using diffrent methodologies and can be flexible to meet different and challenging needs.

Tutoring Approach: My approach is simple. First I will establish current ability and identify where you wish to be. Secondly I will recommend the most appropriate methodology taking in to account time and materials, putting together an agreed plan. Thirdly I will deliver and continuously review where you are and take steps to adjust the plan to suit immediate needs. Finally I will measure what has been achieved and put forward a plan for your future development.
In terms of style I am fiendly, analytical and focused on what needs to be achieved so that we continually progress.
