Personal Description: Hi, I'm a qualified and experienced teacher of science, environmental studies and English. I have been fortunate to have been able to live and teach in several different countries and have now chosen the beautiful Fermanagh lakelands to settle down in.

Tutoring Experience: I have over 18 years teaching experience, teaching science at all key stages, and from nursery through to adults. I have experience with all board curriculla and have taught and tutored A level biology for several years. I have run my own science business providing fun science shows and workshops to schools throughout Ireland.
I am also an experiencef TEFL teacher, having worked for a private business college in Dublin, and in an Academy in Madrid. I have taught both 1 to 1 and group classes and monolingual and multilingual groups.
I have also experience with general homework/ study support with primary pupils and have prepared children for 11+ exams.

Tutoring Approach: I maintain a calm, relaxed atmosphere and provide activities that help pupils develop confidence in their abilities. I use humour, and wherever possible in science, provide hands-on activities, particularly at primary level.
