Personal Description: I am a secondary school teacher which currently teaches pupils aged 11-16 in a state maintained school in Eastbourne. I enjoy swimming and have a passion for Science teaching.

Tutoring Experience: I have taught Science for two years and this year will also be teaching Food Technology. I have not done private tuition outside of the school context before and therefore have no current references from tutees.

Tutoring Approach: I am able to tailor tutor sessions to your specific needs. I do however, think that it is important to create varied sessions with plenty of room for discussions as oppose to the tutee working in silence for an hour. I would prefer to tutor in my own home but will consider tutoring at your home.

Qualifications:

• 11-18 PGCE teaching qualification in Combined Science with Biology as my specialism
• BSc Biology (2:1) degree from Sussex University.
