Personal Description: I am a Civil Engineering Project Manager in Full time employment. I love Maths and performed very well in Maths at every stage GCSE, Advanced Level, University and at work. I am 46 years old and I am married with 2 children. I have lived in Darlington since 1992.

Tutoring Experience: I have taught Maths at Advanced Level & GCSE for many years and I am proud that many of my students achieved A grade in AS & A2 Maths and secured University places. Because of my work experience in the real world, I generally relate Maths application to real world experiences that makes student to understand and learn better.

Tutoring Approach: I first the student on his/her ability on Maths and discuss what he/she wants to achieve and set some achievable goals and follow a structure to improve Maths skills and perform well not only in the class room but also in the examinations. There were occasions where students came with a specific request to perform well in the exam, I helped them to perform well at the exam through rigorous revision techniques going through past exam questions

• 1984: HND Diploma in Civil Engineering - University of Moratuwa (College)
