Personal Description: mathematics teacher teaching in private school working with dyslexic pupils for past 12 years main stream for 10 years.

Tutoring Experience: I have been tutoring now for 7 years and have helped 100s of pupils to achieve their full potential in maths.

Tutoring Approach: my aims with any pupil i teach is to first build up their confidence in maths i broaden their knowledge and understanding through different approaches.

Qualifications:
  • 1988: B,ed degree, certificate in speacial needs teaching aqa. - Sunderland uni (Bachelors)

Availability: Weekends / Weekdays (evenings)

From Martin (5/5): (GCSE Maths) Jack is getting the one to one attention, and targeting of problem areas he needs to enable him to progress further maths.

From Pamela (5/5): (GCSE Maths) My son Robbie is very happy with Ken as his tutor. Robbie has now had three x 3hour lessons and he has grown in confidence. Robbie has been improving at School and is well on the way to acheivng a predicted A* in his GCSE.
