Personal Description: John A is a very experienced teacher and tutor. He is an SQA exam setter and marker and author of over 15 textbooks used for GCSE, Standard Grade, Higher and A Level. He regularly presents at National Conferences for students and teachers and provides in-service training for staff in schools across the UK.

Tutoring Experience: I have taught and tutored successfully for over 30 years.

Tutoring Approach: Students can choose to be tutored in their own homes at a place mutually agreed.
Tuition meetings are usually weekly or by arrangement. Students can also benefit from email and sykpe contact between meetings.

Qualifications:

• MA Hon, SQA exam setter and marker, Principal Teacher of History in a large High School, author of many widely used text books.
