Information About Georgina

Personal Description: I am a young maths and physics tutor, I have two degrees - a 1st class BSc (hons) in Physics and an MSc in Medical and Radiation Physics, both from the University of Birmingham. References from previous tutees are available upon request.

Tutoring Experience: I have been doing private tutoring for a couple of years (and before that for family friends). I really enjoy the time I spend with students and feel they learn a lot from me - as shown by previous improved grades. I teach AQA, OCR and EdExcel and can provide past papers and mark schemes.

Tutoring Approach: I am a young and enthusiastic tutor and I am very friendly, patient and approachable. I have high standards and hard work is encouraged.
I am also very understanding of the need to be flexible with the varying requirements of students and their parents wishes.
It's great to watch students confidence grow!

From Lesley (5/5): (A-Level Maths) I would highly recommend Georgina. She has been easy to contact, flexible with times, and most importantly my son has come out of two hour sessions with a smile on his face! He has enjoyed his tuition and has been happy to do it, rather than seeing it as a necessary evil. Her friendly and positive approach has been very encouraging. She makes it fun rather than boring.
