Personal Description: I am a very active tutor and recommend that students really get involved in their learning relating it to outside experiences.
I play in the School band and also in a local wind band and have just returned from a trip to Italy where we played around Lake Garda for quite large audiences.

I also have a keen interest in Photography.

Tutoring Experience: I am in a promoted post and have worked as a Tutor for many years with great success.The methods that I use play to the students strenghs and hopefully make the process of learning rewarding as well as enjoyable along the way.

The Scottish Qualification office publish ratings for class performance and last year my class gained a double star rating as they had the previous year.** when judged on exam performance.This indicates a large number of "A" passes.

Tutoring Approach: I am able to cater for individualas well as groups in all of the Science subjects listed and listen carefully to students discussions to reinforce learning areas.
