Personal Description: I studied BSC Genetics with honours at Queens University Belfast , after this I went on to study my Certificate in Counselling followed by PGCE Science with Biology also at Queens University Belfast. I have also worked as a quality control analyst in a pharmaceutical company testing drugs to ensure they were of the correct concentration before releasing them.

Tutoring Experience: I have taught all abilities ranging from special needs to A* pupils. This means that I have lots of experience of using different teaching techniques depending on the students needs. I have previously tutored, Maths GCSE, Physics, Chemistry and Biology GCSE and Biology As and A level. I have had excellant results and can supply a contact of a parent if requested.

Tutoring Approach: I tutor to suit the needs of the pupil. If one approach doesn't work, I will attempt a different method until the pupil understands. I supply notes of what we have covered in the lesson and I believe in practising past paper questions to ensure the pupil is aware of what is required of them in the exam.
