I offer one-to-one tutoring or in a small group, if you would prefer. I am enthusiastic, organised and motivated. I believe that everyone can understand maths and physics concepts if they are explained in a clear and interesting, step-by-step way.

I have completed three years of a physics degree at Imperial College. This means I have gone over all A level maths and physics recently so I have a very firm understanding of it all.

Tutoring Experience: I have tutored young people in London for two years and I am able to provide references. Last academic year my tutees all acheived excellent results. As well as GCSE science, I am very familiar with the IGCSE physics course for Edexcel and the Cambridge exam board.

Last academic year I have taken part in two school placements. In the placements I taught lessons and helped run an after school A Level Maths club.

I have just come back from leading an expedition in the Himalayas where I helped to teach science sessions to groups of young people.

Tutoring Approach: I am very patient tutor and like to build up a good rapport with the young people. My tutoring style concentrates on helping students to understand the concepts, instead of just only learning the facts. I have had excellent sucess with this method. I have lots o**Contact Detail Removed**s with both easier and more challenging questions to test their understanding, as well as past papers. In our tutorials I am also able to offer guidance about coursework and also about university choices.
