Personal Description: I am French and arrived in Norwich in September 2008 to work as a language assistant in a central independent school. I thoroughly enjoy to share my love for my language and like to enthuse people about other cultures.

Tutoring Experience: I now work in a very successful Ipswich state school and take part in multiple project such as training to stretch more able pupils, Going Global (county initiative involving 30 Year 11 pupils selected over the whole county), exchanges… I have gained solid experience by working in a Norfolk language college and have gained a first class in my PGCE.

Tutoring Approach: I believe that tutoring consists in a two way process. Indeed I am very keen on preparing work and activities to be done but I am firmly convinced that languages need to be worked on independently to open the way to improvement. Therefore I will focus my private tuition on speaking and listening activity (trying to use only the target language when meeting tutees) and encourage them to work on written exercises on their own.
